FPVStock – Return Policy

This Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all product returns and refunds. By purchasing from us, the buyer (“Customer”) agrees to the terms set forth below.
SECTION 1 – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Products that do not function as intended due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of delivery. All returned items are subject to inspection and verification. If no defect is confirmed, the return may be denied or subject to return shipping fees.
SECTION 2 – UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only after the product has been received and verified to be unopened and in sellable condition.
SECTION 3 – OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
SECTION 4 – CUSTOM-BUILT DRONES
Custom-built or made-to-order drones and related components are not eligible for return unless the item is confirmed to be defective or not functioning as intended upon delivery. Normal wear, user error, improper operation, or damage resulting from misuse shall not constitute a valid defect for return purposes.
SECTION 5 – RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT
All returns must receive prior written approval (“Return Authorization”).
To initiate a return, the Customer must contact us at refunds@fpvstock.com.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to the Customer at their expense, or held without refund until proper arrangements are made.
SECTION 6 – CONDITION VERIFICATION & REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds will be issued only after the product has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy. Processing times for refunds may vary and will depend on the payment method used.
SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or additional costs incurred due to improper installation, modification, misuse, or operation of any product. Our liability for returns is strictly limited to the refund amounts permitted under this Policy.
