FPVStock – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how FPVStock processes, ships, and delivers orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING

We strive to process and ship orders the same day they are received, whenever possible, provided the order is placed and payment is confirmed before the cutoff time.

Orders may be subject to delays due to:

  • Payment verification issues

  • High order volumes

  • Public holidays or weekends

  • Unforeseen operational issues

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING RATES

FPVStock offers fixed shipping rates for all orders within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once an order leaves our facility:

  • Ownership and risk of the items transfer to the Customer

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages incurred during transit

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FPVStock is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

SECTION 3 – DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

We currently do not ship internationally. Orders with addresses outside of the United States will be canceled. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is within the United States.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOSS

If a package is damaged during shipping or is lost in transit, the Customer must contact FPVStock within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve claims; however:

  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery

  • We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

FPVStock is not liable for delays or failures to deliver caused by:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control

  • Government actions, regulatory delays, or public holidays

  • Strikes, labor shortages, or other operational interruptions
