Welcome to FPVStock (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this online store and website (the “Services”), which are powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use or interact with the Services.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to you.

All content on the Services—including trademarks, images, designs, text, videos, and graphics—is owned by FPVStock, Shopify, or their licensors.

FPVStock and associated marks are our trademarks. Shopify’s marks belong to Shopify. All other marks belong to their respective owners.

Future new features or tools will also be considered part of the Services and governed by these Terms.

FPVStock uses Shopify to power our store. However, your purchases are solely between you and FPVStock. Shopify is not responsible for:

Any injuries, losses, or damages related to FPVStock products or services
You agree to release Shopify from any such claims.
